A Push-Notification is a message that pop-ups on a mobile device .When front end device generates alarm push, client end will receive alarm info from the device, and Users don’t have to be in the app and using their devices to receive them.

How to enable push notification on gCMOB?

Push notification is the function to push alarm info generated on device to mobile phone by integrating device alarm module user can view alarm record, preview and playback picture according to push info. Steps to configure push notification:  Go to Alar

Password protection of mobile app. After you have set password, every time you login, you must verify password for security purpose.

No we can’t take backup of playback but we can record locally through app.

Right now this function is not available on app in the next version of gCMOB we can zoom the camera through app.

For this we click on start button and search (p2pservillance) remove that file and then reset ie (internet explorer) and install new ActiveX and login with InstaOn account and allow webactiveexe.

In our DVR device shows online but in our websiteorange.InstaOn.com its shows offline?

Sometimes it will take few minutes 5/10 min to show online in site.

If we are unable to download the ActiveX from site in internet explorer?

For that type orange.InstaOn.com/soft/InstaOnActiveX.exe in address bar to download file manually.
